Jess Troisi isn’t a politician — she is a neighbor, team builder, and problem solver.

With firsthand experience navigating city departments and permits for construction projects, Jess understands the frustrations many Saratogians feel when dealing with red tape. Her work as a community volunteer has put her in close contact with families, small businesses, and seniors — and shaped her belief that government should be transparent, fair, and people-first.

Jess has two grown children and a dog named Frankie. Her son just received his M.B.A and has a degree in Engineering while her daughter is currently a college student perusing a career in the medical field. Jess describes raising her children as, "the most important thing I have ever done."

Jess is endorsed by the Republican Party and the non partisan group, One Saratoga. She believes leadership should rise above party labels to focus on what really matters: doing what's best for the people of Saratoga Springs.
